When can you expect your order? All orders will be processed for dispatch within one or two business days after being placed. Our shipping activities are from Monday to Friday.
Domestic Shipping Arrangement
Currently, UPS is tasked with shipping all domestic orders. The standard domestic delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 7 business days.
International Shipping Arrangement
For international orders, DHL is assigned to handle the shipping. The standard delivery time for these orders is usually between 4 and 21 business days. It should be noted that international orders often have longer delivery times, and the shipping times can vary significantly due to customs procedures. Preppy Prodigy is not liable for any customs fees or duties incurred in international shipping.
